Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, in a very quiet and safe courtyard, this studio will be the perfect place for your Parisian stay with your family, friends or as a couple! Friendly, cozy, air-conditioned and fully equipped, it has just been fitted out in the spirit of a typically Parisian loft-workshop with its large glass roof. Close to the "Luxembourg" RER B station, its location is ideal for getting anywhere in Paris very quickly.

The loft has a queen-size double bed [convertible into 2 single beds], a sofa bed and a cabin bed [with its reading light and its individual socket]. The bathroom has a large rain-effect shower, and the toilets are separate . Organic cosmetics and bath towels are provided.
** Events and parties are absolutely prohibited. No noise after 10 p.m. Access to housing is independent and easy thanks to a code lock.**
