Located in the immediate vicinity of the "Luxembourg" RER B station, its location is strategic for getting anywhere in Paris very quickly.

The loft has two bedrooms equipped with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Organic cosmetics and towels are provided. The toilets are separate.

* Events and parties are absolutely prohibited. No noise after 10 pm. The courtyard must stay totally quiet at all time, smoking is forbidden in the courtyard. The loft is equipped with a noise sensor*
